Minemaster

Our mining products are constructed from polyethylene woven coated fabric or polyester coated PVC. Our manufacturing process incorporates our patented process stitchweld mineflat. This innovation gives vastly reduced air loss by way of top and bottom welded seams. In addition to inventory rationalisation

our stitchweld product has demonstrated a longer life span by eliminating weldtear and delamination. Our product is used in mines all over the world. Plascorp can supply you all your ventilation needs, to installing a new ventilation system for underground mining or industrial applications.

Mineflat Stitchweld (S/W)

Our Field Test Reports indicate our stitchweld Minemaster product has better performance in terms of delivering more airflow for a given length of ducting due to a lower leakage coefficient. Upon request, we can supply a copy of Filed Test Reports and other Material Data Test Reports for all our material used. When considering mine ventilation ducting, Minemaster can provide the quantity of air required for all your cooling needs, dilute and remove gasses and dust, and improve air quality for your miners.

Mineflex is constructed with yellow Polyethylene woven fabric. As the name "Flex" indicates, this product has a wire spiral helix which provides flexibility and avoids kinking. The joining mechanism is the skirt connecting method consisting of eyelets and a sleeve enabling connection with Mineflat. This product is also available in FIRE RESISTANT polyethylene woven fabric

Fire Resistant Anti-Static Mineflat and Mineflex (F.R.A.S.)

F.R.A.S Mineflat and Mineflex is constructed with a Fire Resistant Anti Static PVC coated polyester fabric which complies with the requirements for electrical resistance and fire resistance as tested by the Department of Mineral Resources in N.S.W. The F.R.A.S. Mineflex has a wire spiral helix which provides flexibility and avoids kinking. F.R.A.S is available in standard sizes from 600mm to 1400mm. F.R.A.S Mineflat in 5, 10 or 20 metre lengths. F.R.A.S Mineflex in 5 or 10 metre lengths. Other sizes in either product can be manufactured on application.

Mineflat Twin Ducting

Mineflat twin ducting is constructed with a polythylene coated woven fabric. Twin Ducting is designed to interconnect with Mineflat. Twin Duct is an excellent option in low clearance areas. All twin duct is manufactured to order.

Joining Mechanisim

The joining mechanism consists of eyelets and a sleeve sewn into both ends of the duct as detailed below.

Rings and velcro are available as a joining mechanism on request. Rings are made of wire. To insert, distort one and insert into the other.
