PLASCORP INSTALLS SCHNELL CER 40 TO RUN RINGS AROUND COMPETITION

Plascorp Steel WA has installed a Schnell Automatic CER 40 steel ring bending machine for the production of circles, spirals, and radius bars for diameters from Ø6 mm (#3) to Ø40 mm (#14) for concrete reinforcement.

This latest investment significantly enhances our capacity to meet the evolving needs of the Western Australian construction and infrastructure sectors.

The Schnell CER 40 delivers superior precision, speed and consistency in forming reinforcement rings and spirals – essential components for columns, piles, foundations, turbine foundations and other reinforced concrete structures.

Boosting capacity and efficiency

The addition of the CER 40 expands our production capacity, enabling faster turnaround times and greater flexibility across custom project requirements. Designed for high-volume and automated operation, the machine streamlines manufacturing, reduces waste and improves overall efficiency in steel reinforcement processing.
