Drilling + BORES
The bore drilling industry services residential, agricultural, mining and resources, and commercial and civil industries. From water bores to mining exploration and production, bore drilling is a specialised industry requiring geotechnical understanding and heavy duty machinery.
Water bores provide reliable access to clean water, even in remote locations, ensuring a steady supply, regardless of external factors.
Plascorp supply a range of bore casings which are inserted into boreholes to protect the water supply from contaminants as well as bore screens specifically for the mining industry.
Plascorp is the only Australian PVC pipe manufacturer with the in-house pipe threading and slotting capability to service the mining and drilling industries.
In line with Bore Drilling Industry recommendations, we supply pipe UPVC manufactured in line with AS/NZS 1477. Details for pipe selection and use in the Bore Drilling industry can be found in the publication “Minimum Construction Requirements for Water Bores in Australia” prepared by the National Uniform Drillers Licensing Committee (NUDLC).
